Older men are talking very young girls into having sex for presents and money. Eboni, 12, went missing over a weekend with a 22-year-old Asian man. Law enforcement alerted agencies on the Peninsula that she may be in that area. Our team began working with a detective from Stockton PD. The Stockton PD detective , when monitoring Eboni’s social media, came to the conclusion that she was going out with older men on her own accord, presumably to get money and gifts. Eboni returned home voluntarily once she learned we were looking for her. This is statutory rape, and we are here to make sure justice is served.
