When an emergency inquiry regarding a missing 15-year-old female was posted to our website, we immediately responded. Our private investigators contacted both her family and Rohnert Park Police. Victoria, the missing 15-year-old, had apparently met a guy who became her secret boyfriend on the teen dating app, Hoop. She was recovered in Salinas. The suspect was booked into Sonoma County jail. Bail was set at $120,000 charging felony child endangerment, child abduction, arranging to meet with a minor for illicit purposes, statutory rape, and sending harmful matter to a minor.
